Does your aluminum rust, or does the white painted coating peel off if there’s condensation?
We use high-quality domestic color-coated steel sheets, with cold-rolled substrates such as electro-galvanized steel, hot-dip galvanized steel, or zinc-coated steel. After degreasing, phosphating, and chromate treatment, the sheets are continuously roll-coated with organic paint and baked to ensure durability.
The commonly used coatings include PVDF, HDP, PE, and others.
At Tseason, we only select color-coated steel sheets that meet strict performance standards, verified through rigorous testing:
- Coating thickness & corrosion resistance (salt spray test)
- Resistance to fading, chalking, and dust adhesion
- Surface durability (pencil hardness, gloss, T-bend test, reverse impact test)
- Mechanical properties (yield strength, tensile strength, elongation)
This ensures that our panels are highly resistant to rust, peeling, and environmental damage, even under condensation or harsh conditions.
