The Pang Dong Lai Sunshine Home Logistics Distribution Center is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Jing 3rd Road and Wei 2nd Road in Xinxiang Economic Development Zone, with a total construction area of 47,377.02 m².
The No.1 Sorting Workshop measures 164 m east-to-west, 107 m north-to-south, and 15.6 m high. The ground floor covers 18,696 m², while the total floor area is 20,991.96 m². This facility handles the storage, transportation, and distribution of goods for all Pang Dong Lai stores in Xinxiang.
The enclosure system adopts Tseason 75 mm insulated fire-resistant energy-saving wall panels with a premium “music pattern” finish. The surface texture is delicate and refined, giving the entire building a modern, high-end appearance.
